Esam Hamzeh has lived in London for several years but she recreates the wonders of Syria through her beautiful paintings.  Many of these historical and iconic buildings have been destroyed in the ongoing war in Syria and Esam has many stories to tell about the architecture, the landscape and the people.  Join her for a private viewing of her paintings on Sunday 20th August at 11.00am and enjoy a Syrian breakfast and  a conversation with Esam.

Esam developed her painting skills through the support of South Thames College and she has previously exhibited in Open House and at St Georges Hospital.  Her paintings also encapsulate the wonders of London and the bridges of the River Thames.
