Making String Baskets with Sisal Workshop

Join Geraldine Kelly for an in person fun and hands-on workshop where you'll learn traditional techniques to create beautiful baskets out of coloured sisal string. We'll practice different weaves and ways to start off and experiment with colour. You'll go home with a lovely pocket-sized colourful basket of your own making.

Suitable for beginners (some fine finger dexterity useful!) and anyone interested in weaving. Young people welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
