Our 2026 Artists in Residence are local father and daughter Crispin & Esme Green.
They’ll be sharing their art and creative processes and will run workshops and talks exploring intergenerational stories of Place, Heritage & Connection throughout August.
They will be running lots of FREE talks and workshops, inspiring local people to discover their own heritage and the importance of Place.

Crispin is a fine artist and spent most of his working life in the voluntary sector, working with prisoners and the homeless on art projects, Esme trained in performing arts and is the Founder of Creative Voices Collective - applying creative and therapeutic practices to various mental health sectors of the community.

You are invited to meet them 'In Conversation' at their opening event on Wednesday 5 August, with refreshments from 5pm to 8pm.

The Lost Hospital of Tooting Talk by The Tooting History Group,
Books Bombs and Art Talk by Jeanne Rathbone of the Wandsworth Heritage Group and
'Inside Prisons’ an assembled panel with experience of working in the judicial system give their insights with an open discussion.
There are also great creative workshops including the The Personal Map Workshop on Sat 8th and 'Sing Out' with Denise of The Great Gustos on Wed 12th.

Everything is free and you're welcome to pop in, but if possible please book to reserve your seat and help them cater for numbers.
